Trivia: In the showdown scenes, western film trivia buffs may notice a store called “Boyd’s Hardware”, apparently a reference to actor William Boyd, who played “Hopalong Cassidy” on TV. The years 1951-1952 were the height of Boyd’s TV career as Hopalong Cassidy.

Goofs: Continuity: When Will Kane goes to visit Martin Howe, the house door has a different arrangement of panels on the outside from the inside.
